New Jersey Adult Contemporary Star Jimmy White Adds Three More Awards to His Shelf

(Nashville, TN) “Jimmy White was the ‘Man of the Evening’!” Those were the words of Independent Music Network presenter Buck McCoy as he was commenting on White’s three Independent Music Network (IMN) awards presented Thursday night, January 14, 2012 at the IMN’s 2011 awards show in Los Angeles, CA. White’s three wins including his third straight Best Male Mainstream Artist award.  White also received Favorite Crossover Artist of the Year and Favorite Mainstream Video for “Forever and a Day.”

These awards were historical for White as he was the most awarded artist of the evening and now, the most awarded artist in the history of the IMNs.

“It is such an honor to receive wonderful recognition from my peers and the music industry,” gratefully expresses White.  “I am very grateful for the positive feedback I receive from doing something I love, which is making music.”

White’s award for his video, “Forever and a Day” was especially gratifying because it was also the first national video award for his son, cinematographer/director, Joel Pfeiffer.

His 26 song, double disc album Two Cities, which he recorded in Nashville, TN and Buffalo, NY has been receiving rave reviews since its September release.  The album is available for download through all major online distributors and in stores worldwide.

Two Cities, a double album by multi-award winning Jimmy White, is a remarkable creation by a man with a pure voice. White is not a shouter, not a screamer, but a complete crooner within himself. Two Cities is one of the best albums of the year.”  John Shelton Ivany, JSI Top 21.
